Apartments Vista Mare are located in Sv. Filip i Jakov, on the coast of the Pašman Channel, surrounded by the historic city of Zadar and the royal city of Biograd. Sv. Filip i Jakov is a combination of magnificent Dalmatian nature, facing the sea that gives it mysticism and beauty, and in the hinterland it is protected by the expanses of rich land. This small tourist place will offer you everything you need for a peaceful and pleasant vacation. Apartments Vista Mare are part of a complex consisting of 2 apartments, both located on the 1st floor, but with separate entrances. The second apartment is called Vista Mare 2. Each of the aforementioned apartments is booked separately, the only thing they have in common is an outdoor terrace with a heated swimming pool.

Nearby you will find a supermarket, various restaurants and cafes, where you will have the opportunity to try delicious traditional Dalmatian dishes. Just 900 meters from the apartment is the beach Iza Banja. Practically the entire coast of Sveti Filip i Jakov and the surrounding areas are used for beaches that are ideal for children due to their flat coast and gentle slope towards the sea. The coast and seabed are mostly covered with pebbles or small stones. Be sure to visit the cities of Zadar and Biograd na moru. In Zadar you will have the opportunity to enjoy historical sights, take photos at the most famous installation 'Greeting to the Sun', walk through charming streets and drink coffee while enjoying the view of the Adriatic Sea. If you are a gourmet, Zadar offers a wide selection of restaurants, pizzerias and taverns with a rich selection of local specialties, where you can enjoy excellent food and good wine. Every year, Biograd na moru prepares a program for its guests, which includes a series of performances by cultural and artistic societies, dances, various open-air concerts, fishermen's festivals, fairs of local products and specialties with tastings. Children will be delighted by Aquapark Biograd and Dalmaland Fun & Water Park, where they will be able to have fun in water attractions that guarantee fun for the whole family! Apartments Vista 1 and Vista 2 offer 2 private parking spaces. The yard is fenced and away from other buildings, which provides more privacy and comfort for couples and families with children.

With prior arrangement and upon request, it is possible to reserve a boat berth, and pets are also allowed upon request (maximum 1).

The outdoor terrace will completely delight you because it offers: an outdoor heated saltwater pool of 65 m2, garden seating, an outdoor wood or charcoal barbecue. There are also 10 deck chairs.

Vista Mare 1

Vista Mare 1 is an apartment offering 115 m2 of living space and a view of the Adriatic Sea. It offers accommodation for a maximum of 5 people. It has 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed. You will have use of 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet, a washing machine and an iron. In the living room there is a sofa that serves as an extra bed, and there is also a TV.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to easily prepare delicious meals for the whole family. Next to the kitchen is a dining area with 6 seats. Drinking your morning coffee will be possible on the seating area in peace and quiet.

Vista Mare 2

Vista Mare 2 is an apartment offering 95 m2 of living space and overlooking the Adriatic Sea. It offers accommodation for a maximum of 5 people. It has 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed. You will have use of 2 bathrooms, a washing machine and an iron. In the living room there is a sofa that serves as an extra bed, and there is also a TV.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to easily prepare delicious meals for the whole family. Next to the kitchen is a dining area with 6 seats. Drinking your morning coffee will be possible on the seating area in peace and quiet.
